Scratch Summer Session 2025
The 10-class Scratch Summer Session is divided into two classes. I prioritize individual attention, so each class will have a maximum of 3 students. Both classes use a hands on, game design approach to teach.
Level 1 (L1)
Level 1 (L1) is targeted towards kids 7-10 years of age. All experience levels are welcome, but we will be starting from the very basics. This class will cover all the fundamentals of using Scratch.
Your child will learn how to:
- Use all categories of Scratch blocks
- Utilize player input and interactivity
- Create two full-fledged games with add-ons and customizable features!
Level 2 (L2)
Level 2 (L2) is targeted towards kids 7-10 years of age. This class assumes previous experience using Scratch, and will focus on applying core concepts to create more polished games.
Your child will learn how to:
- Use intermediate Scratch concepts, like lists and custom blocks
- Create three advanced games with room for expandability and their own flair!

$149 total for 10 classes | 3 spots/class

- Monday, August 11th – Friday, August 22nd
- 5pm – 6pm
- No class on Saturday and Sunday
Level 2 (10 classes)
- Monday, August 11th – Friday, August 22nd
- 7pm – 8pm
- No class on Saturday and Sunday
